Terms of Service

By creating a Cliqked account or using the Cliqked mobile or web service, you agree to these terms. Cliqked is operated by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Cliqked.

Your card

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your Cliqked card. Don't impersonate other people or organisations. Don't use Cliqked for harassment or fraud. We reserve the right to remove cards or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Free + Premium

Cliqked is free to use with one card and up to ten saved contacts. Premium features (multiple cards, unlimited contacts, AI memory tools, custom card backgrounds) require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel; cancel at any time from your phone's subscription manager.

Refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google directly. Refunds are subject to their respective policies; we cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app. Deletion is final after 30 days; you can cancel during that grace window from any screen.

No warranty

Cliqked is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Cliqked is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
